D10 and D12 Cheer Squads Advance to Championship

The Woodland Jr. Hawks D10 and D12 cheer squads advanced to the New England Region AYC Cheer Championships to be held in New Hampshire on November 17th.

The D12 squad placed third in the small white division at the 2018 CT State Cheer Championships held in New Haven on November 3rd to earn a trip to regionals, while D10 came in first in the small white division and are the AYC state of Connecticut champions.

The cheer teams include players from Naugatuck, Prospect, Beacon Falls and Waterbury.
