Danbury Woman Charged With DUI in Naugatuck
Police say the investigation occurred on Dec. 13.
Naugatuck police say at approximately 1:31 a.m. on Dec. 13 officers conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street when they determined the driver to allegedly be operating under the influence of alcohol.
Chelsea Weir, 20, of 3 Terre Haute Rd. in Danbury is charged with traveling unreasonably fast for conditions and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Weir was released on $500 bond and given a court date of Dec. 23 at Waterbury Superior Court.
