Harassing Phone Call Leads To Charges: Naugatuck Police

Police say the accused was arrested on an active warrant.

Naugatuck police said they arrested Tristan Gibson, 22, of 446 Norton Park Way in New Haven on an active arrest warrant on Dec. 4.

Gibson is accused of allegedly verbally harassing his girlfriend over the phone and sending threatening text messages in addition, police said.

Gibson is charged with threatening and disorderly conduct.

Gibson was given a court date of Dec. 7 at Waterbury Superior Court and released on $1,500 bond.
