On Monday, State Senator Eric Berthel spoke in the senate circle at the Connecticut State Capitol. in remembrance and honor of my dear friend, colleague and mentor Rob Kane.

The Senate passed a joint resolution that honors Mr. Kane, a former state senator and state auditor, and offers their collective sympathy to his loving family.

"Rob, my debt of gratitude to you is large and mostly unpaid. You are truly missed," wrote Senator Berthel.
