Man Charged With Possessing Child Pornography in Naugatuck

Nicholas Pesillo, 28, of Watertown, was charged with possession of child pornography by Naugatuck Police on September 4 at approximately 6:15 p.m.

According to police, Pesillo turned himself in on an active arrest warrant stemming from an Internet investigation conducted in January 2013. During the investigation police determined Pesillo downloaded numerous videos and pictures of child pornography.

Pesillo was released on $50,000 surety bond and is schedule to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on September 11.
