Milford Man Charged After Physical Altercation with a Female: Police
Police say the incident occurred on Dec. 13.
Milford Police say they responded to an Astriab Lane address on Dec. 13 to investigate a possible domestic violence incident. Richard Murphy, 50, of 10 Astriab Lane is accused of allegedly engaging in a physical altercation with a juvenile female outside of the residence, police said.
Murphy is charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Murphy was released on a promise to appear to court on Dec. 14.
