Motor Vehicle Stop Leads To a Pot Bust: Naugatuck Police
Police say the accused was a passenger in the motor vehicle.
Branden Santo, 19, of 20 Diamond St. was arrested for the alleged possession of 1.41 ounces of marijuana after the vehicle he was a passenger in was stopped for an investigation at 3:36 p.m. on Nov. 24, according to police.
The accused was charged with possession of a non-narcotic controlled substance.
Santo was given a court date of Dec. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on $500 bond.
