Naugatuck and Waterbury Freemasons Collect Donations for Safe Haven
The donations collected for the Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury will help victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Freemasons from Naugatuck and Waterbury collected hundreds of items for the Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury, Paul Singley reports for the Republican-American.
According to their website, Safe Haven provides shelter and services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
The freemasons stood outside the Wal-Mart on New Haven Road providing shoppers with lists of items needed for the shelter, which the shoppers purchased, the paper reports. The freemasons filled a full-sized truck bed and a sport utility vehicle with donations.

According to the paper, the organization will be in need of more donations by Christmas.
