Naugatuck Attorneys, Mayor Hess Save the Fall Soccer Season: Report
The local attorneys raised $10,000 to ensure Naugatuck Youth Soccer will have a fall season.

Naugatuck Youth Soccer was in danger of not having a fall season, until a group of local attorneys teamed up to combine their funds and collect $10,000 this fall so goalposts stolen from Breen and Rotary fields can be replaced, according to a report by the Republican-American.
N. Warren “Pete” Hess, newly elected mayor of Naugatuck, is one of the local attorneys who promised to donate to the cause, according to a report by the Republican-American.
Among Hess, the other attorneys involved in helping the cause include Rosa C. Rebimbas, Kevin McSherry, Edward “Ned” Fitzpatrick, Pete Mariano, Carlos Santos, Cesar Sousa, Fred Dlugokecki, Andrew Morrissey, Dave Morrissey and M. Leonard Caine III, according to a report by the Republican-American.

Two arrests have been made in connection to these thefts and the Naugatuck Police found the stolen posts at a local scrap metal location earlier this year, according to a report by the Republican-American.
