Naugatuck Family Displaced After Fire Damages Home: FD

No injuries were reported in the Monday afternoon fire.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A house fire on Union City Road in Naugatuck Monday damaged the structure's second floor and temporarily displaced the family who lives inside, according to Naugatuck fire officials.

No injuries were reported in the 3:45 p.m. fire, but Naugatuck emergency medical personnel were called to the scene as a precaution.

Firefighters had the blaze under control within about 20 minutes, but in addition to fire damage to the second floor, the home also sustained water damage throughout, fire officials said.
