Naugatuck Keeps Top 10 Spot In Latest Football Poll
The Greyhounds have outscored opponents by an overwhelming 121-12 margin in their first three victories.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Searching for its fourth straight Class LL state championship, Darien High School moved into first place in the latest weekly high school football poll, conducted by members of the Connecticut sports media.
The Blue Wave won their first three outings, outscoring opponents by a resounding 87-13 margin. Darien copped 17 of 31 first-place votes to outdistance runner-up Greenwich, with Daniel Hand, St. Joseph and Shelton rounding out the top five.
Naugatuck placed ninth in the most recent balloting.
