Naugatuck Man Accused Of Public Indecency In 2 Parking Lots: PD
Naugatuck police said Timothy Jayson exposed himself in the Big Y and Stop and Shop parking lots in Newtown on the same day.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A 30-year-old Naugatuck man was arrested last week on charges of public indecency and breach of peace after he exposed himself and masturbated in two supermarket parking lots on the same day.
Timothy Jayson, of Highland Avenue, was arrested at his home on Thursday evening.
Police said in a Facebook post that the incidents began in the parking lot of the Big Y in Naugatuck at about 5:30 p.m. when officers were called on a report of a man who "exposed his penis and began to masturbate in front of witnesses."
