Naugatuck Man Allegedly Involved In A Physical Altercation In Milford

Milford police say they responded to a possible domestic violence incident at Bittersweet Avenue on Dec. 13.

After investigation, Christian Martinez, 24, of 16 Hoadley St. in Naugatuck was allegedly found to have engaged in a physical altercation with another male at the residence, Milford police say.

Martinez is charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Martinez was released on a promise to appear to court on Dec. 14.
