Naugatuck Man Arrested After Threatening Complaint: Police
Argument with neighbor led to charges.
Timothy Carlson, 57, of 14 Barnum Court was arrested after police investigated a reported threatening complaint at 2:04 p.m on Nov. 19.
The accused allegedly threatened his neighbor during an argument, said police.
Carlson is charged with threatening and was given an initial court date of Nov. 20 at Waterbury Superior Court.
