Naugatuck Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct
Police say the accused was arrested after his involvement in an argument with girlfriend.
Samuel Dukes, 49, of 74 Round Tree Dr., was charged after a domestic disturbance involving him and his girlfriend on Nov. 6, police said.
Police investigated and the accused agreed to stay away from his girlfriend the rest of the night but officers re-entered the home after they heard yelling continue, police said.
Dukes was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, according to police.

Dukes was given a court date of Nov. 9 at Waterbury Superior Court and released on 15,000 bond.
