
Naugatuck police say they performed a motor vehicle investigation on Dec. 11 at 12:30 a.m. on Spencer Street where they determined the operator, Mark Panda, 34, of Sharon Ave was allegedly operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Panda is charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, unreasonable speed without radar, and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence.
Panda was released on $500 bond and given a court date of Dec. 30 at Waterbury Superior Court.
