Naugatuck Man Held on $5K for Narcotics Violation: PD
Police say the accused was taken into custody on Dec. 22.
Naugatuck Police said Charles Card, 41, of 38 Carroll St. was arrested on an active warrant Dec. 22.
The warrant was for a narcotic violation reported on Nov. 21 in which the Card allegedly provided prescription marijuana to a third party, according to police.
Card was charged with illegal sale of a controlled substance.

Card was held on $5,000 bond and given a court date of Dec. 23 at Waterbury Superior Court.
