Naugatuck Man Helped Steal Wheels and Rims from a Vehicle: Police
Police say the accused was charged on an arrest warrant.

John Oppedisano, 23, of 236 Morning Dove Rd. was arrested on an active arrest warrant at 9:31 p.m. on Dec. 5, according to police.
The warrant was for a reported larceny complaint on Oct. 30 in which the accused along with two other male accomplices allegedly stole wheels and rims from a vehicle, which resulted in the victim’s vehicle’s rotors and brake line being damaged, police said.
Oppedisano is charged with sixth-degree larceny, sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree conspiracy to commit criminal mischief.

Oppedisano was given a court date of Dec. 16 at Waterbury Superior Court and released on 2,500 bond.
