NAUGATUCK, CT — Update: Joseph Galipault, 35, was found safe and unharmed, police said.
Original story: Joseph Galipault, 35, was last seen by his family members on Dec. 16 and has not been heard of or seen since that date according to Naugatuck police.
He is described as a white male, approximately 5-foot-7 and 185 pounds. He has light brown hair and brown eyes. He has a large tattoo on the right side of his neck.

Galipault's truck was found at his home. His wallet was also found and his cell phone was either turned off or stopped working when its battery was empty.
According to family members, he has a history of drug use and may be in the Waterbury area.
