Naugatuck Man Stole Wheel and Rims from a Car: Police
Naugatuck police say the accused turned himself in for a larceny incident.

Naugatuck police say Carlos Velasquez, 20, of 158 Cliff St. turned himself in at 5 p.m. on Dec. 12 on a warrant for his arrest stemming from an Oct. 30 larceny complaint.
Velasquez allegedly stole a wheel and rims from a vehicle with two other male accomplices, which led to the vehicle’s rotors and brake lines being damaged, according to police.
Velasquez is charged with sixth-degree larceny, sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree conspiracy to commit criminal mischief.

Velasquez was released on $500 bond and given a court date of Dec. 23 at Waterbury Superior Court.
