Naugatuck Man Strikes Vehicle In KFC Parking Lot: Police

Police say the parked vehicle was struck but no injuries were reported.

Manuel Fonseca, 62, of 182 Scott St., allegedly struck a parked vehicle in the KFC parking lot on Bridge Street Nov. 19, according to police.

After investigation, officers determined the accused was allegedly operating under the influence of alcohol, according to police.

He is charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Fonseca was released on $500 bond and given a court date of Dec. 3 at Waterbury Superior Court.
