Naugatuck Man Wins CT Lottery Prize
The lucky winner purchased the ticket in Naugatuck, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck resident is $30,000 richer this week after claiming a winning lottery ticket he purchased locally, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
On May 20, Mark Cook claimed a winning 30X CASH 7th Edition ticket he purchased at a Cumberland Farms on Rubber Avenue.
The game, which costs $30 per ticket, began in August 2020, and as of Monday, 11 grand prizes of $30,000 remained unclaimed. More than 1 million tickets of the game have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.53.
