Naugy Soccer Now 3-0 on the Season
Greyhounds speed is truly explosive on the new turf field, coach says.

The Naugatuck High School Greyhounds soccer team improved its record to 3-0 on the season with a 6-0 win over Crosby Wednesday in Naugatuck.
The soccer team was the first to play on the new artificial turf field at Naugy. The Greyhounds made the most of that opportunity.
"The new turf is great," Coach Art Nunes said. "It fits our style well."
The Greyhounds are a fast team and on turf, they can be explosive.
Adam Branco led the way for the Greyhounds with two goals and one assist. Dan Silva, Joe Martins, Fernando Branco and Danny Mendes each chipped in with goals for Naugy.
So far this season, the Greyhounds have outscored their opponents 20-1.
