Noise Complaint Investigation Leads To Arrest: Naugatuck Police

Police say what started as a noise complaint led to the discovery of a domestic disturbance.

Naugatuck police say they responded to 262 North Main St. around 2:48 a.m. on Dec. 13 to investigate a noise complaint, but determined that a domestic disturbance between a boyfriend and girlfriend had occurred.

Richard Lyons, 27, of 262 North Main St. allegedly threw items around the apartment, according to police.

Lyons was released on $1,000 bond and given a court date of Dec. 23 at Waterbury Superior Court.
