Naugatuc, CT - Carol Ann O’Toole, 71, of Naugatuck and a longtime resident of Southbury Training School, died April 23rd, 2021 at Vitas Hospice Care at St. Marys Hospital in Waterbury after a brief illness

Carol was born in Waterbury., Ct, August 5th, 1949, daughter of the late Donald L. and Dorothy (Kennedy) O’Toole. She is survived by her brother and sister in law Donald and Patricia O’Toole of Florida, sister Eileen O’Toole of Naugatuck and several nieces and nephews. Eileen and Donald would like to thank Southbury Training School and Vitas Hospice for their care and compassion for Carol.
Arrangements: Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 26th, 2021 at 11:00 A.M.. at Naugatuck Valley Memorial Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck Ct 06770. Burial will follow in St James Cemetery, Naugatuck.Ct. All are invited to attend. Friends may call on the family Monday from 10:00 AM until the start of services.
