Charmara Kathleen Bush was born October 16, 1987, in Danbury, CT. A devoted mother, beloved sister, niece, and cousin, she entered into eternal rest Wednesday, March 10, 2021. She was born to the late Rosemarie Bush, the second of her three children.
Being a Bush, she was raised in the church, being spiritually led by her grandmother Kathleen Bush and her great uncle Reverend Ruben Bush. She split her Sundays between New Bethel Church of God in Christ and Trinity Christian Tabernacle Church, where she was an active member of the choir.

Charmara attended Pembroke Elementary School and Rogers Park Middle School in Danbury, CT. She spent her early high school years at John F. Kennedy High School in Waterbury, CT, and would later complete her GED. A natural caregiver, she went on to train to become a certified nurse’s assistant (CNA) and would use her humor and warmth to care for her patients, body, and soul.
If you knew her, you’ve heard her say “If Rosie taught me anything, it was how to hustle and take care of my own”. Charmara would use that spirit to fuel her hardworking drive and spent much of her working career crossing over into different fields to be able to provide for her home. Charmara loved her daughter with her entire being and did her best to be a good mother. She was generous, always looking for ways to help others any way she could. Whether it be babysitting, car rides, or saving the day with a last-minute hair appointment rescue. She made almost instant friends anywhere that she went and never met a conversation she couldn’t jump into. She was passionate and fiercely protective of those that she loved.
