PAVONE, Mario 80, of Madeira Beach, FL, jazz bassist and composer passed away peacefully on May 15, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Mary (Pugliese) Pavone.
Mario enjoyed a life energized by music. His compositions and performances are documented on film and by over 40 recordings. Mario's time on earth is over. His music and his tender soul live on.

In addition to his wife, Mary; he is survived by his son, Michael Pavone and his wife Andri Sujono; grandson, Julian Pavone; great-grandchildren, Gabriella, Natalia, Logan and Axel; his sister, Josie Pugliese; and a host of family and friends. He was predeceases by his parents, Victoria (Apicello) Pavone and Marion Pavone Sr.; his brother-in-law, Mike Pugliese; and his beloved granddaughter, Isabella Pavone.
Funeral services will be private. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family thanks Suncoast Hospice's purple team, especially Kerry, Brittany and Kalee for the tender care they gave to Mario.
