Torrington, CT - Nicholas Francis Musco, 23, died March 29, 2021.

TORRINGTON, CT - Nick was born on November 19, 1997 in Huntington, NY the son of Susan (Messier) Carlson and Nicholas Musco, Sr. He graduated from Watertown High School and recently moved to Torrington. Nick worked as a logistics engineer, most recently at Shelter Logic. He loved all kinds of music and instruments, which he shared with his uncle. He loved writing and one day wanted to publish his own novel. He learned to blacksmith at the Abbey in Bethlehem and enjoyed “nerd night” with his closest friends. Most of all, he spent as much time as he could with his family, boating and ice fishing. He loved roses and planting gardens. Nick’s greatest joy came from his nieces and nephews and he loved beach vacations with his sisters and brothers.

Nick is survived by his mother and stepfather, Susan and Kent Carlson of Bethlehem, CT, his father, Nicholas Musco, Sr. of Spring Hill, FL; his sisters, Nicole Musco of Torrington, CT, Stephanie Musco-Magee of Shoreham, NY and Madison Musco of Plymouth, CT; his brothers, Troy Carlson of Beacon Falls, CT and Noah Carlson of Terryville, CT; his nieces and nephew, Lincoln Dreyer and Millie Dreyer of Torrington, CT and Skyler Magee of Shoreham, NY; his paternal grandmother, Marilyn Reyer of Spring Hill, FL and his maternal grandparents, Richard and Lenita Messier of Boston, MA.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 2:00pm at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, 25 South Street, Litchfield, CT. Those attending are asked to please meet directly at church and everyone is required to wear a facial covering and to adhere to social distancing guidelines. There are no calling hours and arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck, CT.
