Obituary: Thomas J. Taylor, 84, of Terryville

TERRYVILLE, CT - Thomas J. Taylor, 84, of Terryville, husband of Joan (Bard) Taylor passed away Thursday April 29, 2021 at home.

Thomas was born August 15, 1936 in New Britain, CT, son of the late Thomas H. and Catherine (Gaul) Taylor. Prior to his retirement he was employed by Waring Products of New Hartford. Thomas was a parishioner of The Immaculate Conception Church, Terryville. Tom was a coach for the Little League, Babe Ruth and American Legion. He loved sports, genealogy and was a lifetime Braves Fan.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, David Taylor and his wife Nicolete of IL, Thomas Taylor of Terryville and Bruce Taylor of Otis, MA; his brother, William Taylor of Wilbraham, MA; his grandchildren, Jacob and Aurora; his nephew Donald and his nieces, Lori, Sara and Cassandra.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11:00 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Terryville. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Terryville.
