Torrington- William “Willow” Arturo Caicedo, Jr., 38, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021 at his home.
Willow was born in Hartford on August 27, 1982, son of Cynthia Ann (Mihalek) Caicedo of Torrington and William A. Caicedo, Sr., of New Port Richey, FL, and had been a Torrington resident most of his life. He attended Western Connecticut State University and enjoyed working out and playing soccer.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a son, Chase Caicedo; two daughters, Shiloh Caicedo and Bonnie Caicedo; a brother, Julian Caicedo of New Port Richey, FL; two sisters, Lailah Caicedo of Orlando, FL, and Gianna Caicedo of New Port Richey, FL; his maternal grandmother, Nancy Thibodeau of East Hartford; a great-aunt, Cecilia Montano of Land O Lakes, FL; three special aunts, Adriana Solero of Orlando, FL, Sandra Gil of New Port Richey, FL, and Patricia Buitrago of Land O Lakes, FL; and three uncles, Orville Solero of Orlando, FL, Cesar Buitrago of Land O Lakes, FL, and Frankie Mihalek of Hartford.
A Celebration of Willow’s life will be held Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00p.m. at Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, 258 Prospect St., Torrington.
