Naugatuck Police: Family Argument Leads to Punches

Naugatuck Police say they responded to a domestic disturbance report between two family members at 21 Coen St. on Friday, Aug. 14 at around 12 p.m.

During the argument, the family members allegedly pushed each other, police say.

Investigation led to the arrests of Luis Velazquez, 32, of Bridgeport, and Michael Hershkowitz, 46, of 15 Coen St., police say.

Both Velazquez and Hershkowitz were charged with disorderly conduct, police say.

Both were released on a promise to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Aug. 17, police say.
