Police: Neighbors Fight Over Parking Space, Thieves Target Local Stores

The Naugatuck Police Department makes numerous arrests.

James Bozar, 43, of last known address 81 Hackett St., Naugatuck, was charged with fifth-degree larceny after being accused of stealing a computer from Wal-Mart through a fire exit.

Nicholas Kish, 30, of 39 Losee Drive, Thomaston, was charged with fifth-degree larceny after being accused of stealing several items from a residence in Naugatuck where he was living temporarily.

Catherine Bajrami, 50, of 367 High St., Naugatuck, was charged with breach of peace following a dispute with a neighbor over a parking space, police said. She is accused of slapping the neighbor after the neighbor pushed her, police said.

Sean Marchant, 21, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged with second-degree identity theft, fourth-degree larceny, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card and fraudulent use of an ATM after being accused of making numerous withdrawals from an ATM account owned by a relative with whom he was living temporarily.

Brandon Pomerenk, 18, of 6 Longwood Drive, Naugatuck, was charged with disorderly conduct after punching and kicking someone during a fight, police said.

Ronnie B. Moss, 54, of 225 Juniper Ridge Drive, Waterbury, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Lisa Coleman, 49, of 126 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after being accused of stealing $40 worth of items from Big Y, police said.

William Sensening, 25, of 54 Doolittle Road, Bethany, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Takasha Dawson, 38, of 39 Buckridge Road, Waterbury, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they found it in her possession during a motor vehicle stop.

Stephanie Smith, 44, of 392 Elm St., West Haven, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Michael Strenk, 38, of 103 Walnut St., Naugtuck, was charged with violating his probation and second-degree failure to appear.

Jovan Hobbs, 31, of 367 High St., Naugatuck, was charged with breach of peace following an argument with a neighbor over a parking space, police said. Hobbs is accused of pushing the neighbor after the neighbor slapped Hobbs, police said.

John Fruin III, 40, of 167 High St., was charged with third-degree larceny, third-degree forgery and illegal use of a credit card after making numerous purchases with an unauthorized credit card belonging to a family member, police said.

Two male juveniles were charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace after being involved in a fight at Naugatuck High School on June 18 that left them both with minor injuries, police said.

Eric Griffing, 29, of 96 Elizabeth St., Derby, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Jennifer Harper, 24, of 151 Andrew Ave., was charged with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Evron Stewart, 26, of 37 Beecher Ave., Waterbury, was charged with possession of narcotics after being found in possession of narcotics during a motor vehicle stop, police said.

Armando Salvador, 33, of 202 Union City Road, Naugatuck, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
