A Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen with drive-thru is being proposed to go in on this site. Wayne Zirolli, Borough Engineer, said he spoke with the applicant about drainage and requested if possible to incorporate some of the best management practices such as rain gardens, some
pervious pavement and additional plantings or trees, according to meeting minutes.

It is a small, tight site, but he said he has been working with the applicant. This site is less than a half-acre in size.
