'Suspicious Vehicle' Rams Naugatuck Police Cruiser And Flees: PD
The patrol officer and K-9 officer inside were not injured in the Thursday incident.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A "suspicious vehicle" rammed a marked Naugatuck police cruiser early Thursday and fled, causing damage to the police vehicle but not injuring the officer and K-9 officer inside, according to authorities.
The incident occurred at about 12:30 a.m. near Seth Drive and Highland Avenue, and police are asking for the public's help in identifying the vehicle and the driver.
Police described the vehicle as a dark metallic blue 2013-2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class wagon.

"The vehicle will likely have damage to its headlamps and bumper," Naugatuck police wrote on Facebook.
