Thieves Smash Car Windows, Steal Items In Naugatuck: Police
The incidents occurred Wednesday in the High Street area.
NAUGATUCK, CT — At least two cars were broken into in Naugatuck on Wednesday when thieves smashed rear side windows and stole undisclosed items, according to police.
The thefts occurred in the High Street area and were reported at about 3 p.m.
"The Naugatuck Police Department continues to encourage the public to not only ensure their vehicles are secured and keys removed, but also avoid leaving any valuables inside your vehicles, which may increase the likelihood for targeting by criminals," authorities wrote on Facebook. See below.
