Three Juveniles Arrested After Baseball Assault on Naugatuck Green
One of the victims sustained a concussion and bruised eye from the incident.
NAUGATUCK, CT — Three juveniles were arrested after they assaulted two victims on the town green with baseball bats, according to police.
One of the victims sustained a concussion and bruised eye from the Nov. 11 assault, police said.
The three were charged with first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit assault and breach of peace. Two of the juveniles additionally were charged with conspiracy to commit breach of peace, third-degree assault and conspiracy.
