Traffic Stop Leads To DUI Arrest: Naugatuck Police
Police say the motor vehicle investigation occurred on Rubber Avenue.
Naugatuck police say they conducted a motor vehicle investigation at 7:41 p.m. on Dec. 12.
Officers determined the operator, Melody Marie Umbro, 19, of 45 School St. was allegedly operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, according to police.
Umbro is charged with traveling unreasonably fast for conditions and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Umbro was released on $500 bond and given a court date of Dec. 23 at Waterbury Superior Court.
