Update from Rep. Rosa Rebimbas Regarding Vaccinations
UPDATE: Residents 65+ May Register for the Vaccination Beginning Thursday (2/11)

Residents 65+ May Register for the COVID-19 Vaccination Beginning Thursday, February 11
Dear Friends,
Governor Lamont has announced today that Connecticut residents ages 65-74 may schedule an appointment to receive the COVID-19 vaccination beginning this Thursday, February 11.
The governor has urged residents to remain patient as the state balances the weekly vaccine supply (approximately 60,000) with demand (approximately 350,000 individuals between the ages of 65-74).
Please note: If you are eligible under Phase 1a (healthcare workers, medical first responders, nursing homes residents and staff), or if you are 75 years of age or older, and have still not been vaccinated, you are still eligible to register at this time.
To date, 387,174 individuals (over 10 percent of the state's population) have received their first doses and 129,907 have received their second shot. This total includes 56 percent of the state's 75+ population. We anticipate individuals 16-64 with underlying medical conditions to be included in Phase 1b, most likely in March.
