Youth Strength & Agility Classes

Join us for the last session before summer begins!

PERFORM BETTER. MOVE FASTER. WORK HARDER. GET STRONGER

Athletic performance training, incorporating strength and agility
techniques. Classes will build confidence needed for developing athletes
to try new things, to be more efficient in their movements and increase
their athletic abilities.
Classes are Thursday Nights - Beginning May 31st
Ages 7-9 - 6-7pm
Ages 10-14 - 7-8pm
