NEWTOWN, CT — A car crashed into a single-family home on Cherry Street Friday morning, according to police.
The crash happened around 9:20 a.m. while the family was inside. None of the family members were injured.
The 17-year-old male driver may have suffered a medical issue that caused him to lose control of his vehicle, police said. He was taken to Danbury Hospital for evaluation.
