The C.H. Booth Library is sponsoring 4 showings of “Despicable Me” Saturday, February 27 at 1pm and 4pm and again on Sunday, February 28 at 1pm and 4 pm. “Despicable Me” traces the exploits of self-proclaimed villain named Gru whose life goal is to be an internationally recognized master criminal. To achieve this goal, he enlists the help of hundreds of small yellow creatures called “minions” and three orphan children. Initially, his relationship with the young orphan girls is very stilted. As time passes, he comes to appreciate the fullness they bring to his life. Rated PG, parental guidance for children under 13. Seating is limited to 50 for each showing. Reservations must be made in advance on the Edmond Town Hall Website:
