Facebook Comes to Newtown
The Chamber of Commerce kicks off Small Business Week with a presentation by the social media network.
NEWTOWN, CT --- The Newtown Chamber of Commerce is hosting a "Boost Your Business with Facebook" presentation on Monday, April 30, as the inaugural event of its 2018 Small Business Week.
Facebook’s Boost Your Business presentations provide businesses around the country with tools, insights, and best practices for growing their business on Facebook and Instagram.
Areas to be covered during the presentation include:- Tools you can use: Learn about the tools available (Business Pages, Messenger, Instagram and more!) to help you connect with customers, manage your digital presence, and grow your business.
- Ads you can create: Whether you want to increase conversions on your website, drive more people into your store, build awareness of your brand, or something else – advertising on Facebook and Instagram can help you achieve your unique business goals.
- Ways to be creative: Behind every business is a story. Learn how to tell yours on Facebook and Instagram with just a phone, creative apps, and great lighting! Every business can create beautiful content and we’ll show you how.
The presentation, given by Facebook’s Josh Abah, is scheduled for Monday, April 30 at Edmond Town Hall form 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. The fee is $10.00 for Chamber members and $15.00 for everyone else. Includes a light breakfast, presentation, photo booth. R.S.V.P. required
