Letter To The Editor: 'Raghib Allie-Brennan Is A Real Fighter'

To the Editor:

As a Newtown resident, mother, friend, woman, part-time worker, I have been beyond extremely satisfied with the work that Raghib Allie-Brennan has done for Newtown (and the surrounding towns: Bethel, Danbury, and Redding) as State Representative.

It has been such a breath of fresh air to have a younger, enthusiastic, more dedicated and hard-working leader working to serve us Connecticut citizens around the clock. Last year, he helped to pass "Ethan's Law" on a state level, protecting our children from unsecured guns. Being a Newtown mom, it is always at the forefront of our minds of keeping our children, our community, our future safe.

Raghib Allie-Brennan is a real fighter for us, consistently working on bills that are in the best interest of the people, whether it be helping funds be passed to schools and establishments during the pandemic, improving healthcare initiatives, supporting legislation for new jobs, and showing up anywhere and everywhere he can for a hand.

I have never seen or met or a more intelligent, compassionate, active, young leader of our generation and I am proud to have him here for the strong, resilient community of Newtown. Re-elect Raghib Allie-Brennan. Vote November 3rd.
