Newtown Coronavirus Update: 264 Cases, 44 Deaths

There are two new cases of the coronavirus in Newtown as of Thursday, according to newly released data.

NEWTOWN, CT — There are two new cases of the coronavirus in Newtown as of Thursday, according to newly released data, bringing the town's total case count to 264.

There were 44 total coronavirus-related deaths reported as of Thursday according to the daily data report.

As of Thursday, there are 52,350 coronavirus cases across the state, with 4,465 coronavirus-related deaths. There are currently 56 hospitalized patients across the state.
