Newtown Public Schools Paraeducator of the Year Announced

Cate Gosselin has been in the district since 2005 and has been selected as Paraeducator of the Year

From Newtown Public Schools: The Newtown Board of Education and Dr. Joseph V. Erardi, Jr. are pleased to announce that Cate Gosselin has been selected as the Newtown Public Schools Paraeducator of the Year.

Cate began in the district in 2005 at Sandy Hook School and transferred to Head O’Meadow School in January 2014.

Cate is held in high regard by special and regular education staff for her work ethic and compassionate and caring nature. She is exceptionally committed, extremely hard-working, exceedingly dedicated and goes above and beyond to benefit students and staff.
