Newtown Sets Up Cooling Centers To Help Residents Avoid The Heat
Hot temperatures are forecast through Wednesday.
NEWTOWN, CT — Newtown has set up three cooling centers to help residents avoid the excessive heat which is forecast through Wednesday.
Residents can duck into the Municipal Center, the Newtown Community Center or the C.H. Booth Library to get out of the heat, and below, officials offer several tips to help deal with the heat:
