Newtown Teen Charged With Public Indecency
Witnesses told officers that the teen was touching himself at Fairfield Hills, according to police.
NEWTOWN, CT — A Newtown teen was charged with public indecency after he was found to be touching himself at Fairfield Hills, according to police.
Police were called to Fairfield Hills Sept. 14 around 12:30 p.m. Witnesses provided a description of the vehicle the man was in, police said.
An officer stopped a vehicle matching the description on South Main Street and arrested Evan Rooney, 18. He was also charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear.
