Newtown's Charmios Art to Lead Paint & Sip at Women's Seder Event
The women's contemporary pre-Seder dinner features a delicious dinner, a Kosher wine tasting, and 'Paint & Sip' by Charmios of Newtown.
NEWTOWN, CT– Charmios Art Studio of Newtown is leading a "Paint & Sip" at the Jewish Federation of Western CT's Women's pre-Seder dinner. Women of all ages and denominations are invited to this event which will be held at the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Community Function Hall, 444 Main St. N., Southbury, Conn. on Thursday, April 11, 2019 from 6-9:00 p.m.
As part of their mission to keep the flame of Jewish life alive in Western Connecticut, the Federation invites attendees to celebrate a contemporary telling of the Passover story while enjoying delicious food, Kosher wine tasting, and a very special craft project. Women are encouraged to channel their inner artist by painting a beautiful keepsake Seder plate. The art session will be led by Charmios Art Studio of Newtown who will provide smocks and all painting supplies.
This warm and inclusive pre-Seder dinner embraces new traditions and interpretations of the Passover story. Come be a part of this special event and bring a friend.
