Playground Conceptual Designs Presented
The two playgrounds will be at the new Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Members of the Public Building and Site Commission and the Board of Education recently got to see designs for the new Sandy Hook Elementary School playgrounds, reports the News-Times.
Landscape architectural firm Richter & Cegan has designed a playground for pre-kindergarten through first grade and a playground for second through fourth grade.

The designs are projected to come in $90,000 under budget, even with all of the components on the school’s wish list.
