Teah Renzi of Newtown Plays Donkey in SHREK at MAR

Donkey is in the kingdom! Ms. Renzi, a Sonheim Award winner, is currently pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre at WCSU.

Danbury, CT -Meet Teah Renzi (Donkey) and Fiona Bryson (Dragon) from our sparkling company of SHREK THE MUSICAL, playing under the stars July 26-August 10. Teah earned Best Actress honors at the The Stephen Sondheim Awards and was a Jimmy Award nominee for her portrayal of Eponine in their stellar production of LES MISERABLES at Newtown High in 2018. She is currently pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre at WCSU.

A Boston University alum, Fiona is an accomplished performer and music director. Among her credits are Lady of the Lake (SPAMALOT) and Diana (LEND ME A TENOR). Fiona was music director for Shelton H.S. drama club's HELLO, DOLLY! which won Best Musical at the Sondheim Awards this past spring. Break a leg to both of these young performers.
